Password Reset Window

Instructions

Follow these steps to reset your password.

Provide your BTU institutional email address & click reset password. Contact network and connectivity admin on (054 033 0535) if you don't have one
If you see 'reset link sent successfully', login into your BTU email account. Check in SPAM if its not in your inbox.
Open the email and click on the password reset link sent to you.
You will be directed to a new page to continue the password reset process.
